A Seiko Mod watch is a customized version of a standard Seiko watch.

The term "MOD" comes from "modification". These modifications are generally made for those who wish to personalize their watch according to their specific tastes or needs. Modifications can vary considerably, from minor aesthetic changes to more complex technical revisions.

What makes Seiko watches particularly amenable to modification is the wide availability of spare parts. This abundance of components enables a wide range of customization, making each Seiko MOD watch unique.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 5 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For orders with special offers (e.g., Buy 1, Get a Custom Watch Box Free), complimentary items are non-refundable. If you wish to return any of the purchased items from such offers, all associated complimentary items must also be returned.

Each watch is hand-assembled within 2-3 days to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

Once completed, the shipping time is 2-3 weeks, depending on your location. While we aim for prompt delivery, some variations may occur based on the destination.

Please note: Due to the current global shipping conditions, especially related to parcel traffic in and out of the US, delivery times may occasionally be slightly extended. However, we do everything on our side to ensure the fastest possible handling and dispatch.

Good news! Shipping is completely free, and we've also included your country's import duties in the price. This means no unexpected fees upon delivery. We handle all costs and processes for a smooth, hassle-free experience.

Our watches are designed with a water resistance rating of 5 ATM, which makes them suitable for everyday use and able to withstand splashes or brief immersion in water.

However, they are not intended for swimming or taking baths.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your watch, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water.
